Our Story

Hi, My name is Christine Sealey and I would like to share with you the inspiration behind this website.

The first part of 2007 I went on a journey, it was a journey of self-discovery. I wanted to find purpose and meaning in my life.  I truly believe if you set out find yourself you will. In the process you will be given the exact tools you need to look within and find out who you are and I believe it is a journey you stay on for the rest of your life (at least I know I will).

It is very exciting to learn about yourself and very eye-opening.  I realized my life, up to that point, was exactly what I had created and if I wanted something better I had to dig a little deeper. So I did, and I found I had things that I needed to change internally so I could find happiness, purpose, and fulfillment to my life.  I started to change areas in my life that were holding me captive and as I did it was so gratifying, I started to notice changes in my life and they were good and positive.

After a few months of this searching my soul, I was driving and listening to music, I heard a song called Freedom, and while I was listening I felt empowered, I felt that I had  set myself free from so many things and it was inspiring. One line in the song says, 

“through the joy and pain that living brings we all want the same thing...FREEDOM.”

Those words rang so true to me so I decided right then and there that I was going to make myself a bumper sticker that said, FREEDOM BEGINS WITHIN, and then I had another thought that I would make a bunch of bumper stickers and sell them so everyone could get that message and it just took off from there and now I believe the sky’s the limit.  I also decided to incorporate the beautiful art of my sister, Susan Benevento.  Her art has positive messages and is so creative (check out how you can create you own personalized piece of art).

We believe love, joy, peace, compassion, kindness, faith, and hope all begin inside of you before they come out of you. We believe Freedom Begins Within sums it up...freedom to release and let go of the negative, freedom to accept and embrace the positive, freedom to change, you hold the power...within.
